Terms of Service

By booking a cruise through Prosecco Cruises (operated by Attractions4Us LLC), you agree to these terms.

• All bookings are subject to availability
• Full payment is required at time of booking
• Prices are in USD and include applicable taxes
• Bookings are confirmed via email

• Free cancellation up to 24 hours before departure
• No refund for cancellations within 24 hours of departure
• No-shows are non-refundable

• Guests must check in at the floating dock 15 minutes before departure
• The captain reserves the right to cancel due to weather
• Weather cancellations receive a full refund or reschedule
• Guests must be 21+ to consume alcoholic beverages
• Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult

Attractions4Us LLC acts as a booking agent. The cruise operator maintains insurance and safety certifications. We are not liable for injuries, loss, or damage beyond our role as booking agent.
